Because our products involve digital access and software licenses, we encourage you to review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Product Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once access has been granted or a license key has been issued. We do not offer refunds for:

Downloaded or activated software

Digital access that has been used or accessed in any way

Institutional licenses once access has been provided to students or faculty

Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

You experienced technical issues that our support team could not resolve within 14 days of purchase

You accidentally purchased multiple licenses or were charged incorrectly

You contacted us within 7 days of purchase and have not yet accessed the software or used your license

Institutional Purchases
Institutional sales and bulk license agreements are non-refundable once digital access has been granted or activation has begun. We recommend institutions evaluate our platform through demos or trial access prior to purchase. -

No refunds will be issued for licenses that have been shared, redistributed, or otherwise used in violation of our Terms and Conditions. -
